Booking Details

We will confirm your booking request via email with a payment link and invoice
You can choose to pay via bank transfer, details on the invoice or click the 'pay deposit' link in the email to complete the payment.
We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your booking (excluding weekends and public holidays)
Cancellation Policy
To accommodate changes and cancellations, our policy is as follows:

Cancellations made greater than three full business days before the scheduled shoot date will result in a full refund of the booking fee.

To clarify, there must be three full business days (not including weekends and public holidays) between the cancellation notification and the day of the shoot.

Cancellations made within three business days of the shoot will result in forfeiture of the booking fee.

Failure to attend a booked shoot without prior cancellation will result in forfeiture of the booking fee and liability for the full shoot cost.
Payment Information
A 50% booking fee is required to secure your booking. This fee can be paid online, via the payment links, which will be emailed.
The remaining balance is due on the day of your shoot and is payable by either cash or card.
